NCIL 2005

EOCIL is an active member of the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL) and generally sends representatives to NCIL's annual conference. The meeting provides an opportunity to meet independent living champions and peers from across the nation, to participate in workshops and to meet with congressional representatives to elevate their awareness of disability issues.
